Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier and service level. You'll have the ability to choose your preferred carrier and shipping speed before completing your purchase.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are produced after the order window closes and ship separately from any in-stock items in the same order. Your shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent as soon as your pre-order ships. Estimated ship dates are listed on each pre-order product page — we'll always keep you updated if anything changes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package directly through your chosen carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LMG Racing is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your carrier directly with your tracking number. Reach out to us at lmg@landonmcgowan.com and we'll do our best to help.
