This website is operated by LMG Racing. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to LMG Racing. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final at the time of purchase — we do not honor pricing from expired promotions or previous drop windows.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale purposes.
Pre-Orders
Some items are offered as pre-orders, meaning they are purchased before production is complete. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item will not ship immediately. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. In the unlikely event a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to the LMG Racing name, the Landon McGowan name and likeness, logos, graphics, photos, and product designs — is the exclusive property of LMG Racing and may not be reproduced, copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant any license to reproduce or resell LMG Racing designs or branding.
User Conduct
By using this site, you agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent or unauthorized orders
- Initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue
- Purchase items for the purpose of commercial resale or unauthorized distribution
- Attempt to manipulate pricing, promotions, or inventory systems
We reserve the right to cancel orders and ban accounts that violate these terms.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information submitted is accurate.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and carrier options are outlined in our Shipping Policy. LMG Racing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMG Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
